๐ Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of the Animal Health Laboratory, ensuring accurate and timely diagnosis of animal diseases.
- Develop and implement biosecurity protocols to prevent the introduction and spread of diseases.
- Monitor and manage vaccination programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular health assessments of the flock, identifying potential health issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead a team of veterinarians and animal health technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of animal care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and enhance overall farm performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to animal health and welfare.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including veterinarians, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in animal health management in the poultry industry.
- Certification in poultry health management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of biosecurity protocols and disease prevention strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using animal health management software, such as VetManager or FarmSight.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to animal health and welfare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
