📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our in-house POS system, ensuring all payments are handled promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs with a smile.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, as well as manage our e-payment systems, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and securely.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash register, counting and reconciling cash at the end of each shift.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including bank deposits and safe handling.
• Stay up-to-date with our menu and pricing, ensuring all information is accurate and easily accessible to customers.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless dining experience, from the moment guests arrive to the time they leave.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring our restaurant remains a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and warmly with customers.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and the ability to use a POS system.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Flexible schedule, with the ability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
