📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable department, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt.
• Conduct regular financial reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
• Lead a team of accounts receivable staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Analyze and report on accounts receivable trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues related to accounts receivable.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a proven track record in credit management and financial reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
