📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of community health and public health programs.
• Collaborate with local health authorities, NGOs, and community leaders to design and deliver effective initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes using data analytics tools such as DHIS2 and OpenMRS.
• Conduct community engagement activities to ensure that programs address the specific needs of local populations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in public health and social care.
• Manage a team of program officers and support staff to ensure timely and effective program delivery.
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on program progress and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community health and public health programs.
• Proven track record in program management and community engagement.
• Strong knowledge of public health principles and practices.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as DHIS2, OpenMRS, and HealthMap.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
