📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for drivers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to drivers.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance driver skills and safety.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Use SAP and HRIS to manage driver data and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the operations team to address driver concerns and improve service quality.
• Monitor driver attendance and leave records.
• Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures specific to the driver team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a transportation or logistics company.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
