📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales trends and customer preferences.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Training and mentoring sales staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve product offerings.,Participating in inventory management and ensuring optimal stock levels.,Attending trade shows and events to network with industry professionals and potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
