EMBER Jaya is looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to facilitate smooth warehouse operations.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
