Hotel Elsa Electronics is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow and succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Report on training program outcomes and provide regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
