Bidang Intan Tea is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage our supply chain and ensure the smooth flow of goods. This is a remote position, but you will be based in Binjai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for tea. This role offers a competitive salary between Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Manage and supervise the logistics team, ensuring they meet their targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the tea industry is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
