📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and create learning plans to address those needs.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and other resources.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them apply what they've learned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Experience with virtual training and e-learning platforms is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
