📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget.,Analyze cost data to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.,Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide support to the project team in resolving cost-related issues.,Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying.,Strong knowledge of construction costing and estimating techniques.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Good understanding of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
