Procurement Specialist (Korean Speaker) - Remote in Bali

Xurpas Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Procurement Specialist with a strong background in Korean language and procurement processes. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with a global team and contribute to our company's growth in the Indonesian market.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from supplier identification to contract negotiation. You will work closely with the procurement team and other departments to ensure that our company's needs are met efficiently and effectively.

This is a full-time, remote position based in Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and a passion for building strong relationships with suppliers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the procurement process, from supplier identification to contract negotiation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
• Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with the procurement team and other departments to ensure that our company's needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the procurement team and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on supplier management and contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English and Korean language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with procurement software and systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
