📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
