📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control processes for molding products.,Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.,Train and mentor staff on quality control practices.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the molding industry.,Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Proven track record of achieving quality targets and improving processes.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
