Hotel Oka Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that all vehicles are well-maintained and available for use.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement strategies to reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and ensure that all drivers adhere to safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve fleet efficiency and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including maintenance, fuel, and usage.
  • Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that fleet needs are met and that operations run smoothly.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
