Manage and oversee the financial activities of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.,Lead and mentor a team of Finance Admins, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.,Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to support the company's financial planning.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Admin or similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
