PT Bumi Dinamika Lestari is looking for a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our employees, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and laws.,Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and health.,Maintain and update HSE documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HSE software and tools.,Valid certifications such as CMI or NEBOSH are a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
