📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's vision and goals.
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR-related software.
• Conduct regular training and development programs for employees.
• Support the company's growth by identifying and addressing HR challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the aesthetic and wellness industry.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software, such as BambooHR or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
