Sentral Tono Bakery is seeking a talented and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Deli Serdang. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Assist in training and development programs for employees.,Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.,English proficiency is a plus.
