📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for drivers.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to drivers.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance driver skills and safety.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Use SAP and HRIS to manage driver data and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the operations team to address driver concerns and improve service quality.
- Monitor driver attendance and leave records.
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures specific to the driver team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a transportation or logistics company.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS and SAP is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
