📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
• Build and maintain key relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of growth initiatives and campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and ROI.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our growth strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
• Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel frequently to various locations in Bali and beyond.
