Daily, you will oversee the operations of our bar, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock of beverages and supplies.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and comfortable workspace.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure seamless integration of bar services with overall hotel operations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of bar service strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as MICROS or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid ID card and work permit for Indonesia.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
