📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage a team of staff to maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior
