Shine Root Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Personalia Staff to join our team in Kendari. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and reports.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
