ATLAS Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related issues and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
