📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the store.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Assist in merchandising and display of products to attract customers.,Promote and upsell products to increase sales.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Knowledge of retail operations and processes.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
