📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to visitors, staff, and clients.,Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing visitor logs, and handling inquiries.,Ensure the smooth flow of visitors and staff throughout the office.,Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient communication and support.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, making appointments, and managing office supplies.,Lead and supervise junior receptionists to ensure high standards of service.,Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and front desk management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for office duties.
