📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and manage building facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.,Ensure the safety and security of the building and its occupants.,Monitor and maintain utility systems, including electricity, water, and gas.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems.,Manage and coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance services.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.,Handle and resolve any issues related to building and utility systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and utility maintenance.,Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.Experience with HVAC systems.Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
