📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding for operations and investments.
  • Oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions, including payroll and tax compliance.
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
