📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire construction process, from initial planning to final handover, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure high-quality construction standards.
• Develop and implement sustainable construction practices to minimize environmental impact.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-efficient construction.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports.
• Lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on luxury resort development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-budget and high-profile projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
