📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Indonesian market.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and market research.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify market trends and opportunities.,Manage and track sales pipelines and forecast sales performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.,Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
