📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
